The information we collect
Our software will not record information on functional or usage activities. We collect the appropriate data required to complete the business activity in questions. For customer support we collect data such as Name, Email Address, Job Title and Phone Number. For marketing we collect data from opt-in marketing activities such as webinars, competitions and events. These will include Name, Job Title, Email Address and Phone Number. For B2B and partner activity, the information stored will include the above plus appropriate business information. All information is securely stored on our database(s) and used for appropriate business requirements.
Utilities 400 is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. While no service is completely secure, Utilities 400 take precautionary measures to help prevent information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Where we deem necessary, your data will be encrypted and help behind a password wall.
Storage and Retention
Personal data collected by Utilities 400 will be stored and processed in the United Kingdom. Utilities 400 will retain your personal information for as long as we deem it necessary to support and conduct business activities and to inform and update you.
